Marakez Real Estate Company – a limited liability company  was established under Establishment Contract No. 51, Volume 1, dated January 6, 1999, under the name ” Dashti Sons International Group Company – Talal Abdulhameed Dashti and Partners”. The trade name was amended according to the latest amendment as a limited liability company under Amendment No. 126, Volume 1, dated October 6, 2005, to become Marakez Real Estate Company – limited liability company.

The company’s entity was converted into a Kuwaiti Closed Joint Stock Company – under Establishment Contract No. 5772/ Volume 1, dated August 9, 2006. The company’s listing on the Kuwait Stock Exchange – the official market – was approved on 05/09/2010.
